All Property (whether residential, commercial or industrial) can be covered under this policy. The policy covers property such as Dwellings with or without contents, Commercial or Industrial Buildings and property contained therein. The insured property is covered against Fire, Lightning, Explosion Aircraft Damage, Riot, Strike, Malicious Damage, Storm, Flood and Cyclone etc.

The Policy excludes cover for losses due to Burglary, Housebreaking, theft or attempts thereat, War and terrorism, Explosion of boilers (other than domestic boilers) Spoilage, Pollution or contamination etc.
